Meet Jami & Garrett

Both lifelong Sumner County residents, the happy couple met at a Sonic Drive-In and have been married for almost 23 years. Stepping away from careers in software development and teaching, Garrett and Jami made the leap into entrepreneurship full-time in 2016.

How It Works

  • Schedule – Call/Text/Email/Book Online to secure a date and time.
    We’ll confirm and follow-up to make sure we’re all set.

  • Prep – Now’s your chance to finish any touch-ups, cleaning, and staging.
    Running behind? No problem. Just let us know, and we can push back.
  • Capture Day – A typical shoot lasts about 90 minutes depending on services and square footage.
    For best results, make sure everyone has somewhere to relax away from the property for the duration of the shoot.

  • Turnaround – We deliver photos in about 24 hours via Dropbox (no account needed).
    Videos and Property Websites take 48hrs.  Make sure to send along any updated contact info/graphics.

  • Payment – Email invoices go out the day after all media is delivered.
    You might need to check spam depending on your email provider.

From our home base in Gallatin, we can cover most areas along I-65 to Brentwood, and back along I-40 into Lebanon.
We can travel further depending on services and square footage.

We typically have availability 3-4 days out, depending on the time of year.

How Long Does A Photoshoot Take?2024-02-25T16:45:22-06:00

A photo-only shoot of a small home might take 30-45 minutes.
For a larger home getting photos, video, drone, etc – plan on 2 hours or more.

Can Anyone Be Home During the Shoot?2024-02-25T16:52:12-06:00

We are happy to meet & greet with agents and homeowners, but we ask that everyone plan to be away from the property for the duration of the shoot.

How Do I Receive My Photos?2024-02-25T16:40:43-06:00

We’ll send an email that contains a Dropbox link with instructions.  You do not need a Dropbox account to download your files.

How Do I Pay?2024-02-25T16:41:02-06:00

We’ll send an email invoice once all work has been delivered – you might need to check your spam folder.
