Mark Locher is a native of Nashville, Tennessee and happily calls Mt. Juliet, Tennessee home since 2004. Since graduating from Trevecca Nazarene University with a B.A. in Management, Mark has over 35 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.

Since, the passing of his mother in 2016 and his father in 2019, Mark understands the important aspects and challenges of the Senior citizen that has lost a spouse and the pain associated with selling their property and transitioning to a Retirement facility.
